Analysis Support for a General Rate Case

As part of a General Rate Case, the Consumer Safety and Protection Division of the Public Utilities agency analyzed reported electrical incidents and electrical overhead facility inspection reports and served our client with a data request asking for clarifications. Our client asked Celerity to help by providing a second analysis based on their internal records for electrical incidents and electrical overhead facilities inspection. Celerity coded, data-entered, and validated inspection records related to 32 facilities, and uploaded this data, along with electrical incident data provided by the client, to an analytical database which allowed Celerity to determine the relationship between violations and incidents and what conclusions could be drawn. Celerity drafted a report of the analysis and provided this to our client, thus helping them respond effectively to the agency inquiry.
