Celerity was retained by in-house counsel to preserve information related to a sudden event and then gather potentially responsive data. Within a day, Celerity mobilized a team to provide onsite support at the client’s site. Celerity assisted with distributing preservation notices to employees and responding to subsequent employee requests. Celerity also worked with the client’s IT department to ensure preservation of data within applications and on the network. Celerity also assisted counsel with summarizing incoming data requests, identifying appropriate custodians, and then gathering the potentially relevant data and providing it to the client for submission.
