A corporation’s law department retained Celerity to provide discovery support on an employee discrimination case involving a former employee. As part of the lawsuit, the Court ordered the company to provide specific termination-related records for over 450 former employees. Celerity assisted with the collection of employee records relevant to the court’s discovery order. Though some termination records existed in the company’s Human Resources Department, the vast majority of the records resided with company supervisors. Celerity interviewed over 250 supervisors in the process of collecting relevant material. Celerity also managed the subsequent review and production of responsive documents to plaintiff’s counsel.
