Celerity’s client was suing wholesale suppliers for unfair pricing. Celerity assisted in-house counsel with the coordination of a litigation hold notice that was sent to approximately 500 employees. Celerity then interviewed almost 75 custodians and collected both hard copy and electronic data as necessary. Collected data was processed, culled through search-term analysis and loaded into OLIVER – Celerity’s web-based document review platform. At direction of counsel, Celerity managed a team of attorneys in performing the relevance and privilege review, and coordinated the document production and privilege log creation.
