A social media website was accused of using misleading marketing and sales tactics to encourage users to upgrade to paid memberships. Celerity was asked by outside counsel for the defense to assist with discovery. Celerity interviewed 59 employees and gathered forensic images and targeted electronic data from employee computers, web-based email accounts, and the company network. Celerity also gathered data from proprietary server-based systems, including wikis, SharePoint, Bugzilla, and Talisma. Over 2.3 TB of data was collected which was then processed, de-duped and filtered. The results were provided to our client for review.
