Celerity was retained by counsel representing a municipality which had financed construction of an events arena through the issuance of public bonds. The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) was investigating allegations of misuse of the funds raised by the bonds. In support of our client (the municipality), Celerity collected over 150 GB of data from approximately 20 custodians, including PST files and non-email native files. Following collection, Celerity advised counsel on processing protocol, including the development of search criteria. The filtered data set was then hosted for review by multiple coordinating law firms in Celerity’s proprietary web-based review platform, OLIVER. Subsequent to the data review, Celerity managed the production according to the specific guidelines required by the SEC.
