Cost Documentation Audit

Celerity’s client was undertaking an audit of the cost allocation and documentation related to a major asset. Celerity assisted by providing consultants with information management and audit expertise to assist the client’s internal team with reviewing all related costs within SAP, researching instances of cost reclassification, and compiling all supporting cost documentation, especially insurance-related documents. In addition, Celerity developed reports to catalogue the cost documentation and to provide a comprehensive quarterly report on audit progress and results. Celerity’s ability to quickly provide dedicated consultants helped our client achieve a massive reporting goal.
