A client was faced with site remediation when their industrial facility released a harmful substance into the groundwater of a populated area. They implemented a mitigation program to clean up the site and address resident needs and concerns. Many outside consultants were involved in the remediation effort and the client required a system to coordinate all efforts in addition to managing their communications and interactions with residents. Celerity customized the OLIVER Stakeholder Management System, a web-based CRM solution, to house all resident-related communications, such as visits and phone calls as well as site-specific information, including inspection reports and test results. In addition, the system integrated Google Earth to provide a visual dimension to the property descriptions. With this custom solution the client was able to effectively manage the program while ensuring the residents were provided with excellent service and support.
