Claims Resolution Customer Support

Celerity provided a customer support and research team to assist a client with handling inquiries related to the settling of thousands of previously outstanding new service contracts as part of a bankruptcy obligation. Working at the direction of the legal team, and with numerous business departments, Celerity consultants interfaced with customers to explain their settlement notice, capture any issues, and research and resolve questions. Celerity also prepared and maintained customer documentation for the client’s contract representative team, tracked activity in a database system, and reported regularly on resolution progress and results.
