PLAN, TRACK AND MEASURE EVENT ROI TO JUSTIFY INVESTMENTS
Events, both national and local, are an integral part of our business outreach efforts. To ensure we plan, track and evaluate overall event ROI, please use the following tools accordingly before and after approved events. Because events are an expensive investment, the information provided will help us evaluate overall value, as well as plan for future events within the organization.
You will be required to complete the following online forms via the links below for each event as noted below.
PRE-EVENT PLANNING TOOL
This tool is designed to help plan and optimize upcoming events. It must be completed 1-2 months prior to conducting an approved, budgeted event to streamline the process and maximize impact. Data will be sent to Marketing Department for review and refinements with designated event team.


POST-EVENT ROI TOOL
This tool is designed to evaluate overall event ROI / success. It must be completed 1-week post-event to provide quantifiable metrics associated to the event and evaluate overall event success. Data will be sent to Marketing and Finance departments for review and refinement with designated event team

This tool provides a quick snapshot of the combined Celerity Event Calendar encompassing approved, budgeted events across (3) business divisions. You can also view individual division calendars.
