Pharmaceutical Trade Secret Lawsuit
Celerity’s client was sued for allegations concerning trade secret infringement. Celerity performed discovery collections in three phases at numerous offices across the United States.
Strategy for Data Collection, Imaging, Forensic Analysis, and Expert Testimony
Phase One included 100 targeted electronic collections from the client’s servers based on key word search responses.
Phase Two consisted of forensically imaging hard drives potentially containing the trade secret documents and sequestering and securely deleting these files from the servers.
Forensic analysis on four individual hard drives ensued in the final phase. Additionally, Celerity provided expert testimony at the trial regarding the defensibility of the process used for data collection.
