Celerity supported an electronics manufacturer and individual defendants within the company who were indicted by the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”) as part of an alleged price-fixing conspiracy.
Managed Data Hosting Services for Outside Counsel & Defendants Strategy
Celerity provided data hosting services to outside counsel and the individual defendants using a customized web-based platform. Celerity received, processed and loaded over 2 TB of data produced by the DOJ in disparate delivery formats which required significant normalization.
To zero in on potentially relevant information from the 4.5 million record database, Celerity recommended a search tools that allows proximity, fuzzy and stemmed searches, and provided comprehensive search training and support. Celerity also performed forensic collections of individual defendant hard drives to identify potentially relevant documents.
In preparation for trial, Celerity supported counsel in deposition and witness preparation with the creation of witness binders and print requests.
