Meet OLIVERSM

Celerity’s online viewer, OLIVERSM, responds to the market demand for a quick, cost-effective document review tool for Web-based, multi-party access. Designed with the needs of attorney review and research efforts in mind, OLIVERSM revolutionizes the document review process whether the collections are to be produced to or from opposing parties. OLIVERSM supports both Native file format (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.) review or images from scanned documents (PDF or TIF). Underlying OLIVERSM is a conceptual search engine that, combined with Boolean key-word searches:

  • Lets reviewers find similar documents with a click of the mouse and categorize them by batch, greatly reducing review time.
  • Finds relevant documents by concepts and themes rather than key words or terms.
  • Makes document collections virtually “speak to you” quickly, with no initial input from the review team.
  • Is not reliant on dictionaries, thesauruses, or taxonomies.
  • Is not reliant on Optical Character Recognition (OCR) language.

OLIVERSM Online Viewer

Web-Based – The secure, Web-based platform allows reviews at both Celerity and client locations without extensive setup or infrastructure requirements.

Flexible Review Mode – OLIVERSM supports a review of documents in static format (PDF or TIF), Native application format or both. Reviewing documents in Native format, prior to conversion, can often save time and money.

Dual-Screen Interface – OLIVERSM has an option to review documents utilizing two screens – one screen contains the document and the other screen contains the database fields. This setup helps minimize reviewer fatigue, thus maximizing reviewer productivity.

Customizable Interface – Because the application is not a “one-size-fits-all” solution, it is not wedded to a single interface. Fields can be added or modified to suit the documents being reviewed and the preference of the reviewers.

Reporting and Control – OLIVERSM supports productivity and quality reporting. These reports identify bottlenecks and accuracy issues as well as help forecast project completion dates. In addition, Celerity can provide custom data analysis depending on what types of information you need from the documents.
