Discovery Strategy Development: Advising on how to raise electronic discovery issues in a Rule 26(f) or a Rule 16(b) conference, creating effective preservation orders and objecting to burdensome document request instructions.

Electronic Data Gathering: Evaluating data sources. Collecting data through imaging hard drives with EnCase or selectively identifying potentially responsive documents with our Electronic Data Collector. Reporting on results and recommending filtering strategies where appropriate to review cost of processing and reviewing.

Data Recovery and Forensic Analysis: Identifying and recovering deleted, fragmented and hidden files.

Electronic File Processing: Extracting file and email metadata into a file control database. Optional conversion of data into PDF or TIF format. Providing data in a format acceptable to the most common litigation support packages.

Searching and Filtering: Defining effective search terms to identify potentially responsive data. Indexing and word-breaking data set. Reporting on results and recommending filtering and tagging strategies where appropriate to reduce cost of reviewing.

Document Review Assistance: Supporting an efficient review of documents for relevance, privilege and key issues. Optional use of OLIVER^SM, Celerity’s Online Viewer.

Production Support: Preparing reviewed responsive documents for production including renumbering, redacting and endorsing. Providing Native files; converting to PDF or TIF as needed.

Web-Based Data Hosting: Providing an online repository of case documents for secure, anytime access using OLIVER^SM.

Electronic Data Collector

• Allows for selective collection prior to processing to minimize time and cost utilizing both search and drag-and-drop features.
• Collects email and electronic files simultaneously.
• Ensures chain of custody by maintaining original file location information and properties as well as collection visit and custodian information.
• Prevents accidentally moving or copying over files or other potential user errors.

Electronic File Processing System

• Maintains unaltered copy of Native file or message.
• Extracts email and file metadata into a database.

• Non-English language support, including East-Asian languages.
