Collecting data through imaging hard drives with EnCase or selectively identifying potentially responsive documents with our Electronic Data Collector. Reporting on results and recommending filtering strategies where appropriate to review cost of processing and reviewing.
Data Recovery and Forensic Analysis: Identifying and recovering deleted, fragmented and hidden files.
Electronic File Processing: Extracting file and email metadata into a file control database. Optional conversion of data into PDF or TIF format. Providing data in a format acceptable to the most common litigation support packages.
Searching and Filtering: Defining effective search terms to identify potentially responsive data. Indexing and word-breaking data set. Reporting on results and recommending filtering and tagging strategies where appropriate to reduce cost of reviewing.
