- Prepare Roadmap and cost-estimates.
- Summarize appropriate Next Steps.
Phase II: Litigation Response Plan
A proper litigation response plan is designed to maintain, manage, and precisely find, preserve, and collect data that is potentially relevant to litigation. Celerity works with IT, compliance, and corporate law departments to design a legally defensible response plan. Phase II yields a Readiness Report and a Litigation Response Toolkit, designed to organize in one resource the necessary tools and guidelines for consistent and confident discovery compliance and strategic planning.
- Review policies or documentation on litigation management practices.
- Identify and interview select attorneys and staff involved in responding to litigation or discovery requests.
- Prepare Report summarizing process and findings and contrasting current litigation response plans to defensible and efficient best-practices.
- Prepare Litigation Response Toolkit, compiling material and best-practices documents into a unified resource.
Phase III: Records Management and Email System Review, Vetting and Recommendation
Celerity assists in evaluating solutions and technologies to address the company's email storage, archiving, and retrieval needs. As well as, expansive revision and reform projects designed to rationalize records management practices through the implementation of consistent, enterprise-wide systems.
- Gather requirements for an enterprise-wide Record Management System.
- Review present email system and gather requirement for implementation of a standardized storage, archiving, and retrieval system.
- Design and blueprint the RMS and implementation strategy.
- Prepare Request For Information, Request For Proposal.
- Recommend vendors/solutions.
